0 2 6 Pack Abs is an exercise and workout program specifically designed in order to focus on building up your core. This is why it is basically called 026 pack abs because they are going to take your nonexistent core and make something of it.

The long term goal is to be able to get a six pack, However you’re going to need to do a lot more in the guy then if you want a six pack.
How the program works is rather simple. They have a bunch of exercises for you to follow. All you need to do is turn on the video and follow what’s going on in the video.

Overall, there are a lot of good things about this program. First of all, I think you get your bang for your buck tenfold because there’s a lot of videos in there and workouts.
If you were to compare this type of content to a lot of other workout programs I’ve reviewed then this program has a lot. The videos are high quality and I totally approve of them.

There are of course a few things that I didn’t like about it. First and foremost, the marketing behind it is a little iffy. They say a lot of big things and use a lot of flashy words. One of the words right about their video is that it 23 second exercise is going to help you. When you see that and then see the program is called six pack abs you immediately start to think that these short exercises that I don’t have to work that hard at are going to get me a six pack… Which can’t be further from the case. You need to realize that although this is the tools for you to get a sixpack you’re still continue to work at it.

As for my experience with it I really like it because I was able to start to strengthen my core which is one of my goals that I have for this year.
