One of the words right about their video is that it 23 second exercise is going to help you. When you see that and then see the program is called six pack abs you immediately start to think that these short exercises that I don’t have to work that hard at are going to get me a six pack… Which can’t be further from the case. You need to realize that although this is the tools for you to get a sixpack you’re still continue to work at it.

As for my experience with it I really like it because I was able to start to strengthen my core which is one of my goals that I have for this year.
